 ElChanteTamarindo.com, Luxury 5-Bedroom Home in Costa Rica

Nicknamed “The most beautiful house in Costa Rica,” El Chante is a brand new, $4 million Balinese-style jungle home in the El Tesoro gated community of Tamarindo. One of the most exclusive and uniquely-designed properties in all of Costa Rica, El Chante is a world leader when it comes to innovative “eco-luxury.” Hired by the home owner to write all web copy and establish corresponding social media pages (see “Social Media Strategist”). Also wrote the house guest book for renters, which details all house rules, policies and provides pages of information about the local area plus tours, activities and luxury services available to book during their stay. Also wrote content for the owner’s e-brochure, which is regularly used to help pitch the home as a top luxury rental to European travelers.

Edited existing copy and re-wrote multiple new sections for the owner of Villa Jimbaran, one of the Las Mareas Villas in the El Tesoro community in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Worked with owner to create unique content and have helped write and edit bits and pieces of his other property websites including www.casa-alang-alang.com

As the head of Communications for the Las Mareas real estate project in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, I was responsible for editing the first batch of web content, but eventually ended up re-writing 95% of the web content for the final website and its sub-pages. Trained in the CMS, I also frequently updated content as the business evolved from units under construction in 2012 to a beautiful, ocean view community with villas for sale and vacation rental in 2013.
